World Famous winemaker Michel Rolland is responsible for this beautiful bubbly. The grapes are grown in the Nandi Hills region of India, where it is super dry, which is actually good for grape growing. The “Soiree” has notes of apricot, persimmon, strawberry, and white flowers. It’s super dry and incredibly refreshing!
