H and P Villa is named after brother-sister team Hugo and Pauline who inherited the winery from their father Pierre-Jean and have continued his work. These vines were almost entirely replanted before Hugo and Pauline stepped in to help Pierre-Jean conserve the existing vines and now Syrah, Gamay and Viognier all grow together in the vineyard. Made from 100% Syrah, this red is crisp and fruity on the palate with notes of spicy black fruit, ripe cherries and blueberries. Cellar for up to 5 years or enjoy now with red meats, lamb chops with herbs or skewers on the barbecue.
