Run by husband and wife duo Martin and Carmen Moser, Hermann Moser is a 400 year old estate located in the Krems Valley region of Austria. Martin and Carmen are the 23rd generation to produce in their family-run vineyards. The winemakers like to say their winery stands for fresh, fruity wines that have a special drinking character, and that’s exactly what you’ll find in Hermann Moser ‘the subtle perfume’. Notes of ripe yellow fruits such as apples and peaches are met with a flinty minerality that lingers on the finish. Pair with seafood, spicy Asian dishes, and roasted chicken.
