The Höpler family has been making wine since the 1860s and today they own 50 hectares of 40 year old vines. The certified sustainable Austrian winery takes great pride in not using harmful pesticides and reusing rainwater to water their vineyards. This red is made from a blend of Blaufrankish, Pinot Noir and Zweigelt creating tasting notes of dark berry fruit including blackberries and a touch of pepper. Pair this wine with a variety of dishes including salads and BBQ.
