Founded in 1990, the Isabelle et Denis Pommier estate is known for their fabulous expressions of Chardonnay. Located in Chablis, France they pride themselves on practicing organic and biodynamic winemaking through all 16 hectares of their vineyard. This 100% Chardonnay is hand harvested and aged on lees in tanks for six months. As you sip, you’ll find notes of bright lemon, honeysuckle, and hints of minerality. Pair this with baked crab cakes or roasted chicken.
