The Bucher family is known for making some of the best wines in the Russian River Valley. This Sauvignon Blanc from California is grown in a pocket of low yielding vines, planted in the 1970s, creating concentrated and fragrant tropical notes which also follow through on the palate. Fresh papaya, candied pineapple and vanilla, as well as hints of lime and lemon zest make this one a lovely companion to a warm goat cheese salad.
