Unico Zelo is a certified sustainable and vegan winery out of Australia takes great pride in reforestation and acknowledging the First Nations people on which their winery resides. They also utilize a farming practice called Fukuoka, which was established in Japan and requires no machines or chemicals. Made from 100% Fiano, a varietal native to southern Italy, this juicy, aromatic white is grown in sandy, limestone soils. Tasting notes of jasmine, honeydew and lemon and white peach blossoms make it a great pairing for creamy chicken dishes or even a seafood chowder.
