The Jermann family has crafted quality wine from Ribolla Gialla since 1881! This lesser known grape variety grows almost exclusively in northern Italy and over the border into Slovenia. Bright and juicy with notes of white nectarine, citrus blossom, baked apples and peach pit, this wine has lovely weight and lively acidity. It would make a stunning partner to chicken piccata!
