Organic producer Domaine Landron has richly developed their vintages to showcase both structure and complexity. This vintage of ‘Atmospheres’ is winemaker Jo’s ‘swan song’ as he hands the winemaking reins to his daughter, Helene this year. His vision for this wine was that it should always be 100% Folle Blanche, though past vintages have contained other varietals. These grapes were hand-harvested and traditionally fermented, with 2nd ferment occurring in the bottle. Notes of stone fruit, and herbs are met with a long, mineral driven finish. Enjoy with a special occasion or brie and crackers.
