This French winery was founded in 2011 by husband and wife Julien and Nancy. It lies in the Northern Rhone Valley, practicing both organic and sustainable farming. This territory is well-known for its steep slopes which produce amazing wines. This 100% Syrah is made up of grapes from 3 different sites in the Rhone Valley, where the vines range from 15-80 years old. With tasting notes of red fruit, violet and just a touch of peppercorn, this wine pairs well with beef or lamb dishes.
