Nestled in granite plots along the sunny terroirs of Niedermorschwihr, this Sylvaner has a bright yellow color and high acidity. The grapes are manually harvested but, naturally fermented through yeasts and aged in century old oak. This wine has citrus tones and a floral finish and can be paired with a chicken or fish dish of your choice. Fun fact, this producer converted to practicing organic in 2019.
