This Croatian family-owned winery, established in 1891, is situated on the northwestern Istrian peninsula. Although they have long cared for their wines and land, they achieved official organic certification only in 2009. This medium-bodied white is crafted from 100% Muskat Momjanski, a varietal thought to have been introduced from Italy in the 1200s. It offers tasting notes of pineapple, candied orange peel, and honey. This wine is an excellent choice as an aperitif or paired with prosciutto and melon.
