Krupp Brothers 'M5' - Stagecoach

The Stagecoach Vineyard is prestigious and known for making richly concentrated reds. The M5 is inky in color with aromas of black cherry, boysenberry, cedar and notes of sage. The wine is of course full-bodied and opulent with a healthy dose of oak. The wine is matured for 22 months in 83% new French oak. This bold wine definitely calls for a nice cut of steak with herbs, like sage and rosemary.
