Chardonnay - New Zealand

This is a truly iconic producer and we are so thrilled to introduce it to our Wine Club members this month! Made by Master of Wine Michael Brajkovich, all sustainably farmed and hand-harvested. This lovely Chardonnay is fermented 42% in old French oak barriques, and 58% in stainless steel tanks there is very little oak influence on either nose or palate. This has allowed the vibrant fruit to show through beautifully with lively lime and lemon aromas and a flinty, mineral edginess with hints of fig and white peach.
