Baja California, Mexico
Sauvignon Blanc
Originally from Italy, Don Angelo Cetto made his way to Baja California, Mexico following World War 1. He began producing fortified wine in the late 1920’s which became highly successful in the United States due to Prohibition laws. Don Angelo used this money to invest in more land and vines. The estate has been passed down through the family and is now run by third generation winemaker, Luis Alberto. L.A. Cetto is the oldest vineyard in the region and the largest producer in Mexico. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc has notes of tropical and citrus fruit including mango. Pair this with a light salad or seafood dish.
