La Carraia - Orvieto Classico

The region of Orvieto is located in Central Italy and has a long history of wine production. This Orvieto Classico is a blend of many indigenous varieties (Grechetto, Procanico, Malvasia, Verdello) and is aged for 5 months before bottling for the perfect balance and meld of flavors. Flavors like lemon and orange, apple, and flowers. Orvieto is wonderful with seafood, so make sure you're pairing it with scallops, shrimp or fish with a herby sauce.
