The husband-and-wife team of Giovanni and Elena Rava (together with their son and daughter!) have made something of a unicorn with this 100% Chardonnay from Piedmont. Time spent on lees gives this wine some gentle texture and roundness while it retains bright flavors of golden apple and ripe lemon. Its precision and balance is evidenced by the subtle minerality that lingers on the finish. Pairs nicely with charcuterie.
