La Comarcal is a passion project started by two friends in 2017. Located in the mountain village of Venta del Moro in the Valencia D.O., this certified organic winery specializes in creating delicious, youthful wines grown in vineyards ranging 15 to 50 years old. This red is made from a blend of Garnacha and Syrah and its fruit-driven body makes it a very approachable wine that can be paired with many dishes. With tasting notes of stewed cherries, white pepper and herbs, this wine is best paired with a cassoulet or your favorite hearty, comfort food.
