This hand-harvested, traditional farmed, and mostly organic Rioja was aged 5-6 months in American oak and 9 months in bottle. In your glass, you will experience hints of vanilla from being aged in oak barrels along with aromas of fresh red fruit. This tempranillo has a well-structured body with great complexity and a long balanced finish. Pair this with cheeses, meats, and bluefish!
