Founded in 1949 by the Orueta family, La Ronciere has been a celebrated estate producing first-rate red wines in the Licantén region of Chile. Sustainably farmed, the family selects the finest plots to cultivate their vines and take care to hand-harvest and select the best of each bunch to create their vintages. This full-bodied wine is fermented in micro-fermentation tanks for seven days, followed by aging French oak barrels for 10 months. Notes of brambleberries, dark chocolate, and tobacco are present throughout. This can be stored in the bottle for up to 10 years or enjoyed now with grilled steak, bacon cheeseburgers, and mushroom risotto.
