The La Scolca Estate was purchased in 1919 by the Soldati Family and it has passed through the hands of five generations since. This dry, white wine is made from 100% Cortese grapes grown on 60 year old vines. With a pleasant acidity and notes of lemon, apple and almond, this wine pairs well with oysters or white meats.
