Beatrice and Pascal Lambert have been organically farming their land for nearly 20 years, with the vines being cultivated biodynamically since 2005. The estate grows only high-quality Cabernet Franc and Chenin grapes, creating some of the best expressions of each found in France. ‘Les Terrasses’ is hand harvested then fermented in concrete tanks using indigenous yeasts. Notes of white pepper, crushed violets, and ripe red fruits show through with light and velvety tannins. Pair this medium-bodied wine with roasted lamb, pork tenderloin, or fresh goat cheese.
