Established in 1993 by Cypriot oenologist Lantides Panikos, Lantides Winery was built with an emphasis on creating and promoting high-quality Greek wines in the Peloponnese region. With a focus on indigenous and international grape varieties, the estate has expanded from its initial 20 acres to its current 220 acres—allowing upwards of 20,000 bottles to be produced each year. ‘Little Ark’ is made using classic Peloponnesian grape variety Moschofilero, grown in reddish clay soil. In your glass expect to find notes of strawberries, cherries, and tangerine peel. Pair with seafood risotto, caprese salad, and whipped feta.
