Laurent Habrard’s Crozes-Hermitage, with its respectable terroir and 80-year-old vines, can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to four years, according to the winemaker. Cellaring will bring out quince flavors and a honeyed texture. The blend is 95% Marsanne and 5% Roussanne. It offers a wave of pear on the nose with floral touches and acacia honey.
