This is a wine that should have never happened but we are so glad that it did! Winemaker Laurent Miquel decided to grow Albarino grapes in the Languedoc, though it had never been done before. Notes of white peach and citrus on the nose with a clean, mineral driven finish. Pairs perfectly with oysters or any kind of fresh fish.
