This property was purchased by Joost and Miguela de Willebois in 1996, and they have worked hard so that this sustainable vineyard could make a name for itself in the Loire Valley. This region is known the world over for its production of premium Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc, but this red can definitely hold its own. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on 20-40 year old vines, you can expect tasting notes of cherry, raspberry, vanilla and spice with a silky finish. Pair this medium boded wine with grilled meats or creamy cheeses like Brie.
