This certified organic and biodynamic French winery dates back to the 12th century when it was founded by monks at the local abbey. The vineyards benefit from a marine microclimate with the sea breeze helping to preserve freshness and an aromatic palette of the wines. This rose is made from a blend of 90% Grenache Gris and 10% Carignan grown on 25 year-old vines planted in sandstone soils. With white raspberry and rose petal on the nose complemented by tasting notes of melon, peach and a touch of salinity, this wine is the perfect pairing for grilled meats and exotic cuisines.
