Lone Birch - Riesling

The Miller family has been farming the Yakima Valley of Washington since the 1920s and began focusing on grape growing at the end of the second World War. They sold their grapes to other producers for many years but in 2005 they decided to start creating their own wines, and Lone Birch Winery was born. This Riesling shows white peach, pear and floral aromas, with honey and minerality on the finish. Its acidity keeps every sip feeling fresh on the palate, and would pair beautifully with spicy Thai or Indian cuisine, sushi or even custard based desserts.
