Luberri is located in northern Spain's Basque country and was started by Florentino Martinez Monje. Florentino began his wine career as a grape supplier and and became very knowledgeable of the region before he decided to start his own winery. Luberri prides themselves in being sustainable and have solar panels installed throughout the property in order to generate their own clean power for the winery. This medium-bodied white is made up 80% Viura and 20% Malvasia varietals grown on vines ranging from 30-50 years old. It is bright and crisp with notes of apple, citrus and dried herbs. Pair with medium-creamy cheeses or seafood dishes.
