In 2013 Luc Pirlet, a famous winemaker from Languedoc, joined forces with businessman-turned-winemaker Christopher Cholot. By 2015 this winemaking power team had created their first vintage of Luc Cholot. They created a bold Cabernet Sauvignon starting off with inky fruits, supple blackberry, green pepper and a touch of bittersweet cocoa, leather and cedar. Pair this with Mexican dishes such as steak enchiladas!
