Lunaria 'Civitas' - Pecorino

Lunaria's Organic and Biodynamic vineyards are located at the foot of Majella National Park in Abruzzo, one of the most intact natural parks in Europe. The presence of distinct flora and fauna right next to the vineyards allows for rich biodiversity and quality soil. Civitas shows a bouquet of apricot, ripe pears, melon and starfruit, with honey and crushed rock on the finish. Pair this bottle with shellfish dishes, tangy cheeses like Feta or Pecorino or pasta carbonara.
