This wine is vegan and organic and fermented with very little intervention. The vineyard is located in eastern Crete and showcases the authenticity of the Liatiko grape. The nose is sweet and spicy with layers of berry marmalade. The tannins are fine and fruity, and the wine is expected to age well in the bottle- the wine maker notes it may be best consumed in 2026! Best paired with Mediterranean dishes such as grilled octopus.
