Hailing from the east side of Crete, this vegan white has bright aromas of minerality laced with herbaceous notes. The vines grow in loam soil and the grapes are fermented in stainless steel. What makes this wine unique is that the grapes see 10 hours of skin contact, providing a lovely blonde color in the glass. Pair this with all of your favorite seafood dishes, or just have a glass by itself to appreciate the texture and weight of this wine.
