This wines hails from Rias Biaxas and is incredibly complex. Manuel (most people call him Chico) is pioneering the wines of the region. He is a part of a group of winegrowers, business owners, sommeliers, and winemakers in the area that all get together to exchange ideas and push forth the quality of the region. This ensures that "Chicco" is always at the top of his game and a role model for other winemakers. This is a blend of Mencia and Garnacha Tintorera. It's full of dense black fruits and are slightly on the tart side, but also has a dark brooding quality to it; making it perfect for those who like the bigger wines, but want an afternoon sipper
