You've heard of the 4 elements: water, earth, wind, and fire; now it is time to experience them as delectable dishes! Join us with Head Chef Taylor Halley as we expertly pair 4 delicious Element-inspired courses with world-class wines!


Planned Menu**

1st- WATER - Pan Seared Scallops. Tomato-Yuzu "WATER". Squid Ink Tuile. Shiso.

2nd- FIRE - Ash Rubbed Venison Tataki. Roasted Red Pepper Coulis. Caper Berries. Charred Leek Vinaigrette. Pickled Mustard Seeds.

3rd- WIND - Foie Gras Stuffed Squab. Whipped Parsnip Puree. Microgreen Salad.

4th- EARTH - Spice Cake. Maple Carrot Puree. Pineapple Mousse. Rum Soaked Cherries. Toasted Coconut.
