The Glover Family winery started as a fourth generation dairy farm but after many years of 4am wake up calls, Wendy and Owen Glover decided to sell their herd and repurpose the land. In 1988 the first vines were planted and today, the vineyard is planted with Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling and Pinot Noir. The Owens' children have taken over winery operations. Named as a tribute to their beloved family farm tractor, this refreshing white has all the qualities of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Tasting notes of tropical fruit, lime and guava are complemented by a touch of herbal notes. Pair with buttery scallops or soft goat cheese.
