A Burgundy Chardonnay created by a father/son team who have been growing vines for 5 generations in the small village of Ladoix-Serrigney. This chardonnay is aged in both stainless steel tanks and lightly used oak barrels. A buttery yet complex wine that is best opened in its youth, it shows bright notes of lemon, white peach and even some pineapple. Pairs well with creamy herbed chicken.
