After leaving their life in London behind in summer 2009, Jeany and Stephen Cronk and their three children settled in the heart of Provence ready to chase their dream of making wine together in France. In 2010 with the help of Angela Muir, MW they blended their first cuvee and Mirabeau was born. Stephen had previously worked in the wine importing industry and rosé was a personal favorite of theirs. Stephen proposed to Jeany over a bottle of rosé, so it only seemed right to base their entire brand around them. This one in particular is a blend of Grenache and Syrah grown in clay-limestone soils. Notes of cherry, almond flower and peach notes, this wine rightfully owns its name. It is perfect for summer and paired with linguine and clams.
