Mont Gravet - Colombard - white

Located in South-West France, Côtes de Gascogne produces whites, typically made up of Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Gros Manseng, are high acid with notes of citrus and green apple. In lieu of a warm climate, Mont Gravet harvests their Colombard at night to retain aromatics and acidity. The wine is refreshing and perfect for the summer! Pair with light chicken salads, summer vegetable pasta or a picnic.
