Monte Tondo, located just outside Verona, Italy, is a family-owned winery managed by Gino Magnabosco. The estate, encompassing just 30 hectares, continues the family's winemaking legacy. This wine is crafted from 100% Garganega and undergoes approximately 12 hours of skin contact before fermentation. The resulting dry white is light-bodied with medium acidity, offering flavors of apricot, orange zest, and ripe peach. It pairs excellently with seafood such as scallops and lobster, as well as grilled poultry.
