Montenidoli 'Il Templare' - Toscana Bianco

2018 White Blend 

13.5% alc

This is a recipe and a homage to the Knights Templar that once lived on the Montenidoli property. It is fermented and aged in used oak (just as the knights did), and it's is a blend of three different white grapes (again as the knight used); Malvasia, Trebbiano, but mostly Vernaccia. The end result is an aromatic wine with a ton of acidty and a very complex mouthfeel!
