Domaine Montirius is a certified organic winery located in the southern Rhône Valley. Family-owned for six generations, it was the first to be certified biodynamic in both Gigondas and Vacqueyras. The domaine encompasses 63 hectares of vineyards, including 8 hectares planted in 1925. This wine is a blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah, sourced from 65-year-old vines. It features notes of bright red cherries, black fruit, and a touch of flint, making it an ideal pairing for game meats or vegetable lasagna.
