The small, family-owned and operated Montirius was the first domaine in the Southern Rhone to become certified biodynamic in 1996. 'La Muse Papilles' loosely translated means 'the taste buds awaken'. This unoaked Cotes du Rhone shows rich red cherry and raspberry, violets, and subtle licorice and black pepper. It would be a perfect partner to roasted game, shepherd's pie or root vegetable dishes.
