Domaine Montirius is a certified organic winery nestled in the southern Rhône Valley, family-owned for six generations. Notably, they were the first in Gigondas and Vacqueyras to be certified biodynamic. The domaine spans 63 hectares of vineyards, including 8 hectares planted in 1925. This wine is made from 100% Syrah grown on 35-year-old vines. Its name is inspired by the violet notes found on both the nose and palate, complimented by red fruit flavors. Enjoy this wine slightly chilled as an aperitif or paired with a burger fresh off the grill.
