The Montrose estate has been producing wines since the 16th century in Languedoc, France. The Coste family has been operating Montrose for 9 generations! Joseph Alazard, one of the Coste ancestors, received the Three Lizards coat of arms in 1701. Each bottle displays this coat of arms as an homage to Joseph. The estate is very focused on being environmentally friendly by remaining carbon neutral and continuously planting new trees. Consisting of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Grenache, this rose has a wonderful palate of strawberries, peach, and citrus. Fresh and light, you can pair this with a summer prawn salad or a spaghetti alle vongole.
