Typically you might expect a Nero d’Avola to be red, but this white shows how diverse this grape can be. Each September the grapes are harvested from calcareous and clay soils which help give this wine a beautiful acidity. Aromas of tropical fruit and pear come through on the nose as you taste notes of bright fruit, acidity, and minerality.
