Located in the Western reaches of Sicily, the Morgante family has been bottling their own wine since the mid 1990’s. The location of the vineyards mean that the Nero d’Avola grapes from which this wine is made reach optimal levels of ripeness. The nose is full of notes of wildflowers and strawberries and the mouth contains elements of melon and more strawberry. Best paired with a Mediterranean salad and peppery mussels.
