This is a Rose made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the Hyland Vineyard in the McMinnville AVA. It makes for quite a unique and intriguing wine that is full of strawberry, guava, papaya, and orange oil. There is a long finish to the wine that allows it to pair nicely with a variety of foods all afternoon long!
