Murdoch Hill can be found in the Adelaide Hills, where four generations have cared for the land since 1939, and produced wine grapes since 1998. Michael, the winemaker, studied oenology at the University of Adealide before touring and getting experience in both Italy and other regions of Australia, then returning home with the goal in mind to make wines that both show a sense of place and match with the modern Australian food scene. This Sauvignon Blanc is loaded with tropical and citrus fruits like lime and grapefruit while displaying grassy notes and excellent texture. Pair with Gruyere and Cheddar cheeses.
