On Tuesday, April 16th we are featuring fresh NC Seafood. Wine pairings carefully selected by our team are included. Seats are limited, so early reservations are encouraged.

1st- Fresh Oysters & Cava Vinegar "Caviar"
2nd- Tuna & Snapper "Mosaic". White Miso Ponzu. Scallion Oil.
3rd- Scallop & Shrimp Dauphine Raviolo. Lemongrass Brown Butter.
4th- Stuffed Grouper. Lobster Curry.
5th- Strawberry Panna Cotta. Yuzu Curd.
